Dominic Harrison is a Graduate in Modern History, who qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.
After qualification, he joined Grand Metropolitan plc in Corporate Finance before career development took him into Marketing and Brand Management on Haagen-Dazs, Green Giant and Pillsbury in the UK and Europe.
In 1997 he moved to Bass plc as Marketing Director for Bass Beers Worldwide before moving into General Management as Director and General Manager in Bass Leisure Retail – now Mitchells & Butlers. He then took the role of Commercial Director at Ladbrokes – then the betting and gaming division of Hilton Group plc.
He joined Gala Group Ltd in June 2004 as Group Trading Director and joined the Group Board in September 2005. He became Managing Director E-Commerce in November 2005, became Chief Operating Officer in February 2007 and has been Chief Executive of the Gala Coral Group since October 2008.
